Gaye Lindfors from Significant Solutions, Inc. will faciliate an optional early-bird table topic for those who would like tips to help them feel more comfortable in their networking. Gaye is the author of Find a Job: The Little Book for Big Success (available August 2009) and contributing author to Don't Miss Your Boat: Living Your Life with Purpose in the Real World.
Table topic description: Feel the Fear: Do it Anyway!. You know what it feels like. Your mouth turns to cotton, you can't remember what your business is about, and you have no idea how to form a complete sentence. Why? You've just stepped through the door into a networking event. There are some things you can do to make networking easier and more fun! Discover the key actions you can take to make this a good experience for you and your business.

Standard Cancellation Policy: WIN events count on advance registration therefore refunds are not routinely available. Please
be sure that you are able to attend when you register. If you provide
at least a 48-hour notice that you cannot attend, you will be credited
the full amount of your paid registration toward a future event. If you
provide less than a 48-hour notice, you may send a substitute in your
place.
Substitution Policy:
WIN events count on having each registrant present. If you register and
find that you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place.
For members, this is an added benefit since you may wish to send
someone from your staff, a colleague or client in your place. We
reserve the right to change this policy. We encourage you to personally
